You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared between learners.

2. Course access
Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access course lessons, materials and assignments for the stated access period.
3. Assignments and certificates
Certificates are issued only after assessed work is submitted and passed. Submitting work that is not your own may result in withdrawal of a certificate.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in USD. Refund requests made within 14 days of enrolment, and before more than 20% of a course has been completed, are eligible for review.
5. Intellectual property
All lessons, models, programmes, templates and datasets remain the property of the academy or its instructors, and may not be redistributed or resold.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, scrape content in bulk, or use the community areas for harassment or unsolicited promotion.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the academy evolves. Material changes will be announced to registered students by email.
